Every jumper is made to order. I hand-stitch and post within [5] working days, then Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually takes around 2–3 working days more. Need it sooner? Choose the Tracked 24 upgrade at checkout. Please allow extra time in the run-up to Christmas.
Royal Mail tracked delivery is £3.50 per UK order. I currently post to addresses in Great Britain only.
Hand wash cool (30°C) or use a gentle wool cycle, turned inside out. Don't tumble dry. Reshape and dry flat, and don't iron directly over the embroidery. Fibre content is on the label inside each jumper.
Because each jumper is made to order and personalised with your chosen name, I can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, please message me within 30 days of delivery and I'll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Names up to about 8 letters look best, especially on smaller sizes. Got a longer name or two names? Just get in touch and we'll find a lovely layout.
